Responsible for managing a team/ teams of professional Customer Experience Officers in a challenging and customer driven environment
Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks, and world class service experience for customers
Job Description
Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in selling of financial products and at least one
year in managing a team.

Experience of handling various service/sales related campaigns.
Good communication skills
Leadership skills
Thorough overall understanding of banking
Anticipates, understands and addresses the changing needs of customers.

Ensure availability of trained Managers to maintain production at 100% capacity

Meet desired Portfolio objectives as announced from time to time
Adherence to Standards of Performance
Meeting Customer Satisfaction index as measured through NPS surveys

Job Description
People management skill essential, esp managing managers
Experience in working in a tele-sales or relationship management in BFSI preferred.
Certified in AMFI/IRDA.
Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.
Ability to work in matrix structures
