Job Description

Responsiblefor creating and deploying talent acquisition strategies to strengthen theorganization's capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet current andfuture business needs. Focus onestablishing talent acquisition programs that positively strengthen theorganization's capabilities in attracting, assessing, selecting and on - boarding "best in class talent." Activelymanage the relationship to ensure client satisfaction through evaluating thecurrent use of talent acquisition processes and tools; analyze metrics andqualitative data to monitor performance and compliance. Partnerclosely with Regional TA Heads, Business Leaders and HR leadership teams togather input and continuously educate on the process, roles andresponsibilities with an emphasis on exploring ways to enhance the model'seffectiveness and sustainability. Work as anindividual contributor towards identifying and sourcing the right candidatesthrough various channels when required. Buildstrong pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing thebusiness and client requirements across EMEA and APAC region Manages avariety of requisitions simultaneously while providing timely feedback tocandidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Manage endto end recruitment process from sourcing, reviewing, interviewing to offer andfinally on boarding process. Exercisecost saving strategies within the business and develop relationships with thebusiness stakeholders Findsquality candidates, quickly and in a cost effective manner. Must be flexibleand respond quickly to changing priorities. Workclosely with the Talent Acquisition team to incorporate best practices andrecruitment programs Keeps up todate, detailed records of activities in our Applicant Tracking System Education and Experience Any degree,but a Bachelor's / Masters in Engineering preferable. Minimum 10years Recruitment Experience. Exposureto APAC & EMEA Recruitment is a MUST. Strongexposure in IT Recruitment across multiple Geographies & Domains Experiencein negotiating compensation and offer release. Experienceusing an ATS system (TALEO) Publishweekly / monthly recruitment dashboards and MIS for management. Strong CommunicationSkills & Stake holder Management abilities. Knowledgeof Employment laws of APAC & EMEA Markets
