Experience into Technical support or System administration delivery component of ACS Advanced Monitoring & Resolution services.
Perform event board, perform action on valid events & generate an incident.
Troubleshooting of the issue (via remote access , email).
Interact throughout the incident lifecycle via phone , email or web portal.
Technical skill sets
Understanding of UNIX architecture(Solaris, Linux etc ).
Basic understanding of Database Concepts & architecture.
Understanding of terminal services such as SSH, Telnet.
Proven Oral and Written Communication Skill.
