Should possess minimum overall 5+ Years of Experience in Endpoint Security/IT Operational Security having minimum of 3 years experience in Managing and Supporting McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, Virusscan Enterprise, Data Loss Prevention, Host Intrusion Prevention and Endpoint Encryption.
Good knowledge/understanding on Threat Analysis.
Perform regular administrative task such as verifying EPO master server and Distributed repository, VSE and McAfee endpoint specific event log monitoring, definition distribution Verification and health check of repositories.
Pro-active management of ePO\VSE\DLP\HIPS\EEPC issues and events.
Ability to provide support on Level 2/Level 3 incidents
Hands on experience in SQL database integrations and resolving ePO database related issues.
Good working knowledge/understanding on client firewall tools, Firewall Policies, HI Checks and Intrusion Detection.
Good working knowledge/understanding on Data loss prevention and Endpoint Encryption tools.
Should have knowledge in handling Major Virus outbreaks/Major incidents
Customized reporting, notification and alert configurations.
Replication concepts, failover and load balancing concepts
Disaster recovery process
Debug settings, log analysis.
Strong knowledge on windows client OS like Windows XP/7/8
Strong Knowledge on Incident Management tools like Remedy, ITSM, Service Now, HPSM.
Knowledge on SQL Database Management and fetching Report using SQL Queries will be added advantage.
Experience on Any other additional AV technologies will be added advantage.
In addition experience in understanding of ADS, with good knowledge on LDAP System administration in MS Windows Server platform is added advantage.
Preferred Certifications: McAfee, CEH, Security+, ITIL
