Job Description

- Configure, manage and maintain Maxim's HR systems including Workday (HCM), ADP Global View (Payroll), Cornerstone on Demand (L&D), and Kenexa (ATS) SAAS Applications & few internal Web Apps.

- Demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources, Payroll or Financials Management

- Contribute to the Maxim's User experience with Workday's integration products, tools, and services in a way that results in high customer satisfaction

- Research thoroughly all aspects of business process issues and recommend improvement solutions

- Work closely cross functionally to create schedule and deliverables by defining the scope, objectives, metrics and plan for both business process improvements and specific projects

- Report on project / business process status highlighting critical paths and bottlenecks

- Manages the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope

- Effectively communicates relevant project information to business process owners and resolves issues in a timely fashion

- Maintains daily operation of vital business processes

- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations

- Be proficient in company and international quality management standards

- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

- Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures

- Work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing

- Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering automated and integrated solutions

- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.

- Must have Workday implementation/support experience for at least +2 years

- Minimum of five years with any leading ERP Application (i.e. Oracle E-Business, PeopleSoft, SAP)

- Extensive experience with implementations as an HR, benefits or payroll technical lead

- Oracle SQL / .net skills a plus.

- EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies

- WebLogic, WebSphere, Web Methods, or other middleware experience

- Solid understanding of various HR /Financial business processes
