Should have 2-3 years of experience in Windchill Support and troubleshooting knowledge in CAD (CREO 3.0)
Should have good understanding of Windchill Architecture , Change Management ,CAD and Publishing
Ability to monitor License manager/Flex server
Proficiency in most functionalities of the Windchill environment like handling Business Objects (Parts, CAD Documents & Documents),, Lifecycles, Workflows, OIRs, Queues, ACLs, Teams, Roles, Groups, Users, Templates, File Vaulting, Replication and Visualizations
Have the ability to investigate the functional, technical and performance issues and work with end-users to find the resolution.
Review Server Manager, Method Server and other logs for issues
Standard user support on PLM tools and Service NOW Ticket tool.
Ability to install Windchill servers on distributed architecture and knowledge of clustered environment is preferred will be added advantage
Knowledge on DB Backups, System Administration, Performance monitoring and tuning will be an Added advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills, effective presentations skills.
Ability to collaborate, negotiate and work within a team environment.
Ability to work remotely off hours and during scheduled activities.
Guidance provided by manager. Some projects assigned by manager, some sought out by employee.
