6 + years of experience in Security domain especially in Identity & Access Management Tivoli Access Manager & TDS , TFIM Experience and hands on 24x7 production support and administration of Tivoli Access Manager & TDS , TFIM
Experience in Incident lifecycle management in a maintenance environment using Tivoli Access Manager & TFIM TDI & TDS working with incidents, incident management, change management etc.
Should be well versed with Federation concepts, availability management (system monitoring) Application server(WebSphere) knowledge along with exposure to SAML
Sound experience of performing troubleshooting, debugging and root cause analysis using relevant tools/systems
Good grasp of Internet and networking protocols, associated services (http/s, ftp/s, DNS, IPv4/IPv6) and overall concepts
Should have knowledge of ITIL, 24x7 production environment, best practices
