? Establishing and executing strategic and tactical plans for a full scale implementation of the ITIL / ITSM framework using industry standard ITSM tools across organization.
? Capable of working as Functional Consultant for multiple process transformation implementations for a complex IT environment.
? Capable of developing and implementing new or improvising existing standard policies, processes, procedures, work instructions etc.
? Capable of handling a small Process resource team and guide the team to deliver the required deliverables in timely manner (or working as individual contributor) for an large implementation or an R&D project
Establishing and executing strategic and tactical plans for a full scale implementation of the ITIL / ITSM framework across organization and related suppliers involved in Service Delivery Ability to define, articulate, estimate and cost the complete Service Management solution covering People, Processes and Tools required to setup Service Integration Framework Creation of service model framework in line with RFP requirements, candidates with multi-vendor implementation experience are preferred Strong understanding of various Line of Business, Multi-Vendor environment, Ways of Working, Cross Vendor SLAs, in a Service Integration Framework Demonstrates excellent consultative solution skills during various phases of the bid Ability to build plan & Service Management Implementation Roadmap and strong understanding of Project Management skills along with inter dependencies between People, Process, Tools, Vendors Ability to deliver Service Management Implementation Projects , Due Diligence, or Assessment as a Lead or Consultant Ability to prepare clear, concise, and persuasive communication for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing and presentation skills, listening actively, and projecting a trustworthy image Ability to interface with global lines of business and other technical teams in gathering/developing strategic approach and customer requirements in order to formulate apt solution. Work as part of the bid team and provide support to the functional group personnel working together.
