Job Description

What we are looking for - Support Engineer - WCF Responsibilities: Identify, confirm, escalate bugs and provide appropriate alternate implementations / techniques in Microsoft products reported by external developers. You will not be involved in coding as this is a support role You will be involved in troubleshooting of cases and codes You will also get a chance to do the reverse engineering using tolls and review on the codes Need to go on live meeting and rectify the error in codes Supporting Enterprise customers on phone and remotely Scoping and documenting customer scenarios, potential causes and troubleshooting steps Requirement : Strong knowledge and experience in ASP.NET , WCF programming (areas like WCF, C#, ASP.NET, and VB.NET, Jscripting,.Net 3.0/4.0, Web services, WCF, XML, Creating windows Services, registering DLLs etc.). Strong configuration and scripting skills (Customizations would be an important skill, around Workflow and Meta-data driven). Strong OOPS Concepts Good knowledge and experience in SQL Server definite plus Experience in server-side programming . Basic understanding of Web servers like IIS, with respect to configuration, deployment, etc. is a definite plus. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills - Thinking logically and demonstrating use of available resources Excellent and demonstrated customer service skills The position requires working in EVENING / NIGHT SHIFTS and provides VOICE-BASED SUPPORT
