4+ years of diverse experience in supply chain experience will be highly preferred
Masters degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, operations research, or statistics
Understanding of various supply chain processes like forecasting, supply planning, distribution planning, inventory management
Should be able to analyse large sets of disconnected data applying statistical techniques like regression, correlation from a supply chain standpoint.
Brief exposure (Academic) to Operations Research optimization techniques like Linear Programming and Optimization.
Working knowledge of MS excel is a must ( Pivots, charts, trends, lookups )
Exposure to advanced tools like SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, R will be an added advantage
Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business needs like global working environments.
Proficiency with SQL and appropriate tools; e.g. Excel, Tableau, R, Matlab, Logictools, i2 SCS, Vensim, Hermes; experience with business intelligence tools
Strong verbal and written communication, data presentation, listening and documentation skills
Experience in researching assumptions and developing business cases; ability to deliver supply chain analysis and recommendation across multiple engagements
Demonstrated analytical abilities gained via operations management or consulting
