BPO/ ITES/ Call Centers
- Strong Written and spoken proficiency in English.
- Experience in Procurement/ MDM/ Logistics/ Order management.
- Good and effective communication skills with Stakeholders
- Proficiency: ERP/P2P systems SAP/Oracle, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (PF).
- Responsible for the purchase order processing.
- Create purchase orders and follow-up on approval and acknowledgement of orders.
- Manage day to day interaction with Vendors.
- Ensures products are delivered in a timely manner.
- Trigger Catalog updates.
- Negotiate on price for spot buy, mode of shipping and delivery time.
- Order products in a timely manner and track until delivery.
- Check invoice for accuracy and authorize accounts payable department to issue payment.
- Evaluate the performance of certain vendors.
