Lead a cross-functional team to execute complex marketing campaigns using digital media, including design, content development, multimedia, web, social media, mobile and marketing analytics
Engage with marketing teams to identify their objectives, strategies, target audiences, differentiators and other aspects of a complete marketing brief
Ensure top-quality delivery of services and materials by troubleshooting problems such as false client expectations, changing scope, digital team members operating in silos, skill or knowledge gaps in the team or poorly developed marketing briefs by the business
Facilitate debriefs with the GDS teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and consider how the content can be repurposed for related or similar, future marketing initiatives
Support development and execution of digital marketing project plans and ensure that campaigns are aligned with BMC and service line strategy
Managing the execution of digital campaigns by coordinating the work with different digital teams
Monitor, report and analyse performance data across search engines, keywords, webmaster on regular basis.
Ensure that relevant approvals are in place & the team goals are met; pursue assignments that are related to higher-level, strategic, long-term objectives.
Reviewing and/or assisting in developing and refining graphical and tabular representations, maximizing their value to substantiate content more effectively
Communicating feedback to help team improve their writing skills and style and conducting need-based training
