Student Support Specialist OTA We need to set up a team that will service customers who have purchased the premium products of Online Trading Academy JD: Contact and help all new Premium Class students with the on-boarding process. Be accessible to students at all times, setting up one-on-one meetings, focus groups, classroom training and coaching sessions as needed. Guide students to resources they require, and assist in their learning how to use those resources. Assist students in developing an Education Path for the future Assist students with trade plans and trade log usage. Hold the students accountable to their plans and proactively move them back to their plan if they stray. Plan and deliver periodic classroom support sessions and/or seminars on relevant topics (e.g. trade platform and trade plan orientation and reviews, odds enhancers, stops, targets, SET, refine stops, etc.). Actively engage in conversation with non-active students, encourage re-takes, look for Opportunities to upgrade students to additional education and ensuring continued satisfaction with their OTA education.
