Strategy Consultant

This is a position for someone who has eye for detail & is entrepreneurial, resourceful and proactive. Prior knowledge and experience as Strategist in Broadcast Media and appreciation of digital space is desired. The ideal candidate will exhibit judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. The individual will be part of strategic initiatives development and support corporate development projects. Will foster and maintain the necessary internal relationships including the senior leadership.

Qualifications :

MBA (leading institutes) .Meritorious educational background
Around 7-9 years post qualification Strategy experience relevant to listed responsibilities for this role.
Demonstrable track record of growth initiatives.
Proven project management expertise .
Effective and efficient problem solving and analytical skills
Commercial and financial acumen and attention to detail.
Effective presentation skills.
Ability to conduct market, industry, and company research.
Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
Must demonstrate maturity, high integrity, energy and team spirit.
Possess strong interpersonal skills.


Scope :

Responsible for identifying, developing, and driving business level strategies that create opportunities for revenue and market share growth. The role will focus on the development of new market initiatives through research, analysis, and presentation of financial/analytical modeling. Support for M&A, Business Development and other corporate initiatives in line with business objectives.


Responsibilities :

Assist to develop strategic and business plans and road maps for growth
Mapping competitive landscape.
Maintain current knowledge of developments, trends, competitive environment.
Identify, recommend, negotiate, structure and manage strategic projects of potential for achieving business targets.
Research and strategic insights
Work with business, evaluate and conduct complex financial and risk analyses of business opportunities.
Support effective organization, management and completion of due diligence projects.
