Strategic Head - Zonal Credit (4-8 yrs) Exp. 4.0 - 8.0 Year(s) Qualification Any Graduation, CA, MBA (only Full time) Target Companies Tata Capital, Reliance Commercial Finance, Working days even Saturdays off and other Saturdays are half days Additional Comments Only recommend CA or MBA Finance from tier 1&2 colleges. Also only recommend male candidates. B. Job Objective This role would be responsible for handling the - Proposal Sanction Management Process- for Strategic business by conducting all the necessary activities to identify, assess and control Credit Risk - Major deliverable would be to maintain a healthy portfolio for Strategic business with minimum delinquency C. Key responsibilities Accountabilities - Business Outcomes Ensure underwriting of credit proposals for Strategic business cases as per the approved DOA, maintain TAT and quality of portfolio - Ensure quality of appraisal for Strategic business within the set parameters of Non-Starters (Early Delinquency) - Take responsibility managing Portfolio by analyzing the health of the portfolio on a regular basis on various risk parameters - Highlight observations on the health of the portfolio with business team and develop mitigation plans to control risks - Take responsibility for communicating the status of the proposal as per the decision is taken either by self or committees on approval/rejection of the proposal based on the DOA Credit head, credit analyst, credit appraisal, project finance, Commercial Finance, Tata Capital, credit underwriting, portfolio management, DOA, Internal Audit, Delinquency, NPA, Rating, CIBIL, CRISIL research KPI- s - Average TAT for credit underwriting - Early Delinquency (%) - NPA as a % of Total portfolio - Target Vs. actual improvement in portfolio quality - % adherence to PMS timelines and process for self - Preparation of Self Individual Development Plan - Timely completion of all the assigned training modules Risk, Process & Compliance - Prepare and present portfolio behavior and progress reports to business on an ongoing basis, highlighting key risk issues and health of portfolio - Ensure sample quality checks of all proposals covering all level cases, products, and segments to monitor the health of the portfolio and highlight to business in case of any observations - Ensure development of systems and processes in collaboration with the IT team for TAT reduction of Strategic business credit underwriting and generation of reports for quality appraisal People - Ensure establishment of goal setting and targets along with periodic reviews to achieve the objectives of the function - Attend all the mandatory training required to meet the requirements of the role - Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
