Job Description

- You would be responsible for P&L of staffing business and has expertise into contract/volume hiring. - Should have strong mix of BD and Delivery and a keen eye for quality delivery productivity team and Profit and Loss - Management Revenues Costs and Profitability. - To grow the revenues profitably. - Continually acquire new clients and manage and grow existing clients through the team. - Strong Amount of Delivery Management Experience. - Strong Client relationship Management Experience. - Must Have Experienced as an account Manager. - Well Versed with KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and SLA (Service Level Agreement). - Able to create the KPI for internal team and reach the target of SLA. - Have a knowledge about MSP (Managed Service Provider) and VMS (Vendor Management System) - Able to handle 20-25 members team. - Understanding the clients requirement and deliver it within given Time. - Should creates strong consultative client relationships that result in long-term client satisfaction and high retention rates. - This role is the face of Manpower's service team to the client, and is the ultimate owner of service delivery for their assigned accounts. Works with multiple levels within a client organization to manage and coordinate service delivery. - This role also oversees a team of dedicated delivery personnel and is also responsible for performing activities as needed. - Must clearly understand client expectations, terms and conditions to ensure service delivery is aligned with client guidelines, and is responsible for issue resolution and will escalate when appropriate. - You will collaborates with the Sales teams, Talent Acquisition Specialists, Client Talent Placement Specialists, Branch Managers and Staffing Specialists to ensure alignment between client demands, available candidate inventory and service delivery execution. - You will actively solicit and receive orders from the client on existing contracts. - This role also is responsible for generating sales leads from existing clients through an established cadence of client contact, and works with the Sales Teams to transition the sales lead to them for further pursuit. - Responsible for executing client retention and satisfaction programs to ensure visibility into net promoter score and overall health of the relationship Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets: 1. MBA with Minimum 15+ years experience in Recruitment Consulting with a strong track of Delivery and Business Development 2. A very good team manager 3. Ambitious Self starter self motivated 4. Good collaborator and team player 5. High ethics and integrity 6. Excellent communication skills 7. Good networking skills Customer oriented Years Experience In Recruitment Consulting With A Strong Track Of Delivery And Business Development 8. The ideal candidate would be well networked in the defined sectors and should have a successful track record of delivery.
