Job Description

Strategic Business Unit Head (MFG/IP) - Will be responsible for Driving a P&L (top line and bottom line) of the business. - Will be responsible end to end activities for the projects. - Responsibility of Revenue Generation, Profit Centre of company - Assist the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies and procedures to enhance its market share - Will be responsible for the concerned BU of the company- Must have strong channel management, pricing and forecasting experience - Direct marketing and sales activities to ensure that short and long range sales volumes and projects are achieved - Leading commercial discussions with Business Development teams to forge new opportunities or initiate new business models. Also, coordinating and planning with supply chain teams to develop product supply and delivery - Develop strategies and programs to gain leadership position in the participated segment/s through product portfolio enhancement, market penetration, consumer education programs. - Garner significant market share - Provide leadership and guidance to the sales operation team on field force deployment, productivity enhancement and stability of field force. - Coordinate with Demand fulfillment team to ensure availability of products at identified stock points. - Responsible for maintaining direct marketing expenses within budgets and brand profitability Qualification And Experience: 1. BE & MBA from a top Institute & top tier B school you will have a proven track record of sales delivery through various channels 2. Must have strategic orientation, business acumen with over 5 years of experience in leadership roles 3. Must have experience in budgeting, execution of plans, providing quality service and cost optimization 4. Must have proven experience in driving sales, revenue and growing a strong customer base 5. Must have the ability build and nurture relationships with customers, strategic partners and vendors 6. Should have leadership qualities to drive the team, mentor and invest in their career development 7. Potentially from a Manufacturing/ Industrial Products & comfortable working with senior stakeholders within the organization as well as outside of it. 8. Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills through a stellar track record of growing a business
