Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
A- Financial Perspective – Driving top line, Meeting Targets, Expenses within budget, Store EBIDTA, Return on footage, Return on Inventory
B- Customer perspective- Customer service standards, Customer relationship, Handling grievances, Product display, Store look & Feel (VM), Utilizing offers and schemes, Driving Customer Loyalty program
C- Employee perspective- Care and concern, Training & development, Employee engagement, Staff grooming standards, Reviews & meetings, weekly roster
D- Process Perspective- Following Standard operating procedures (SOP) mainly- Stock management (FIFO), Inventory count system, Cashiering, VM display, Exchange & Return policies, Goods inward-outward, Food handling process, Store hygiene, Issues escalation matrix, Statutory compliances, reporting to seniors & HO.
