Accountable for harmonious Employee Relations, 100% Statutory Compliance and all liaison with Government or other statutory authorities for the State.
To look after ER and compliances for all offices and establishments
Distribution Centres, Warehouses, Maintenance Points and Network Facilities etc.) and for on roll and contractor manpower within State. Ensure that the compliance system (framework and IT system) and planned arrangements are implemented in timely manner.
Plan self-audits (both at physical locations and documentation) and support in external audits. Review
non-compliance reports and ensure closure within defined time frame.
Ensure availability of a working Grievance Redressal mechanism and report on efficacy and operational effectiveness of same on a weekly basis to NHQ ER Team
Work independently at the State HQ in a control function role
