- Monitor the profit and loss of the stores in the Cluster and meet the targets set
- Monitor the Stores in the Cluster for operational irregularities and take care of the same when they arise
- Ensure that the team functions properly and day-to-day requirement of the stores are met
- Overseeing implementation of marketing plans and campaigns for Stores in the Cluster
- Overseeing implementation of product launches
- Ensuring implementation of communication and promotional strategy across all Stores in the Cluster
- Ensuring smooth running of CRM/loyalty programs
- Availability of Top Selling Brands at all times
- Ensuring optimum inventory levels are maintained while avoiding over-stocking
- No. of days of Inventory in Store is to be maintained as per norms
- Stock Shrinkage not to exceed specified norms
- Ensure provision of merchandise with an ideal level of quality at each store
- Monitor quality of Customer Service demonstrated by Store Staff
- Tackle and resolve Customer escalations within specified timelines
- Drive Development of capabilities and competencies
- Develop second line for future higher roles
- Facilitate achievement of team & individual goals through highly engaged employees
- To conduct regular Competition studies and report the insights to management
- Ensure Roll out of Stores in the Cluster as per the targeted no.
- Drive Shop in the Box as per the Business Plan.
