Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee the writing and editing of proposals/pitches and help to deliver smart, persuasive materials. Work with leadership to determine strategy and win themes, develop credential and capabilities presentations, and above all create marketing materials and pitch materials (e.g. case studies, fact sheets, process and capabilities materials as required); synthesize client asks and trends to come up with innovative ideas on presenting the value proposition; drives best practices
Work with sales, SMEs, bid managers to generate customized, compelling & persuasive proposals
Ensure that bid strategy, organizational positioning & supporting messages and benefits into the proposals is incorporated.
Utilize & contribute to central repository as responses are created, developed and enhanced


Experience Required:
- Should have minimum 7yrs of experience into Proposal Writing & Editing.
- Should be from BPO/KPO/Shared service Industry.
