To promote and develop the region towards sales and marketing of company MCS product range and power EPC range of product with OEM; EPC; END user; consultant; and promoters
To help achieve the companys mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.
Sales of Heat Exchangers ( MCS , EPC POWER ) from various customers by establishing initial contact , technical presentations , techno-commercial negotiations followed by release of purchase orders.
Responsible for developing new key accounts and generate consistent business with profitable growth by keeping competition at bay.
Key account management.
Customer visits, Enquiry generation, preparation of quotes, Order Negotiations & Finalization.
Implement Sales plan & meet the sales targets.
Technical presentations to the End Users & Consultants to suit our specs.
Launching new Products in Industrial segments.
Selling company equipments under stiff competition & exceeding sales targets.
Generating new enquiries & locating new customers & new applications.
Qualification :BE / BTECH (Mechanical)
Total relevant Experience:2-3 years experience for Engineer and 4-5 yearsfor Managers
Key Skills and Competencies:
Physically strong, agile, open to aggressive travelling (short / long distance.) over extended time frame.
Minimum technical base in heat transfer; heat exchangers; basic knowledge of functioning of power system like Diesel generators , turbines , electrical generators , boilers; motor etc.
Proficient in computer skill. Should be able to prepare designs. Offers and interaction within company and outside company by themselves.
Confident and self reliant, door opener ; forge rapport with user and decision maker. Ability to reach to top decision maker/ influencer .
Communication - Speaks, writes, listens and presents information in a logical and articulate manner appropriate for the audience
Project Management - Plans and schedules work according to changing priorities; designs and maintains effective systems and processes for managing work
Team Work Ability to work in India cross-functional teams and to establish strong ties with the regional development teams
Adaptability - Responds to changing needs of the business; personally identifies and champions to new ideas for improvement and growth
