Exp Dip 2-12 years & BE 2-7 years

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables
1Market Analysis: Understanding of Market requirements, Customer profiling, identifying key value propositions for various customers/segments, competitor offerings and their strengths & weakness
2Account Management: Key accounts to be provided (Panel Builders/Contractors/End users etc.) as per branch requirement. Should build customer relationship and drive sales from this accounts
3Techno Commercial: Should able to access the techno - commercial terms, identify risks and should be able to discuss the same with customers/channel partners/mgt etc.
4Channel Management: Candidate will be responsible to manage business from various channel partners. Individual must plan their sales, support to build their sub dealer network, conduct promotion activities, roadshows, demos etc. Will be responsible to identify new stockiest to expand L&T network
5Promotion activities Candidate must plan & conduct sales product presentations, training, seminar and other promotion activities for small and large group of customers
