Job Description

Sr. RM/RM – Wealth Management
o Responsible for Acquiring Private Wealth clients (HNI/Ultra HNI)
o Maintaining client relationships and generate AUM from Private Wealth clients.
o Advising HNI & Ultra HNI clients on their Investments and managing their overall financial portfolio and deepening the wallet from existing clients
o Track the HNI & Ultra Client segment in the market for new client acquisition
o To research, investigate and update themselves on available investment opportunities/financial market trend to determine whether they fit into client’s portfolios.
o To coordinate with product and research team for taking investment decision for the clients.
o Providing financial planning & Investment Advise
o Ensuring the highest levels of service to the clients
o Should have their own client base & must have skills to generate revenues.
o Manage the existing portfolio & generating more leads from the existing ones & deal with all kinds of investment propositions & wealth advisory services.
o Cross-sell products and services to both new and as well as existing customers as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements
o Analyze client portfolios and make necessary suggestions. This includes comprehensive financial planning and asset allocation accordingly advising clients on investment products and services like Mutual Funds, Insurance or PMS, Structured products etc.

Qualification And Experience:
I. MBA with 4-8 Years of prior experience of working in a Banks/Private bank/wealth management set up/Real Estate.
II. Experience in investment/financial services & knowledge about capital markets
III. Handle and manage clients with a minimum Investment amount of Rs 1 Cr and above.
IV. Book Size of 10cr to 80cr and Above
V. Excellent written and oral communication skills
VI. Strong Organizational Skills
VII. Strong Teamwork and Collaboration- Relationship Management & Interpersonal skills-
VIII. Experience in advising clients across asset classes.
IX. Strong Analytic skills and ability to work in teams.
