Organization & Budget Interface with company Security Representatives Support Corporate Security Awareness Program Identify Threats/Vulnerabilities and subsequent risks Plan Risk management related to security KPIs as defined by corporate for the region. Key accountabilities Understand the organization, its business, the security challenges as well as the key stakeholders Become a trusted business adviser and create a security-positive environment Align all security policies/processes/activities with the CISO office practices Assess Plan, manage, control and report on the maturity of security in Bangalore Plan, manage, control and report on the security improvements Work hand in hand with the security officers in in DTS/EDS and TPE. Prepare and issue regularly the security risk map for Bangalore site. Report on security KPIs In case of Cyber crisis within Bangalore premises, act as the incident manager.
