Generating New Business through prospecting and enquiry handling within the local / designated market in order to exceed and achieve set targets.
Lead generation through local companies, partnerships and broker partners etc.
To drive and maximize services revenue through up-selling/ cross selling of variable services to new and existing customers.
Conduct tours and converting prospects leads into actually business by up selling cross selling the entire product range.
Updating reports on a regular basis on Sales Movement until closure of specific deal.
Keeping abreast of the local market by attending networking events and building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have the experience of selling business centers for high level meetings, corporate meetings, AGMs, etc.
Must have the experience of high end luxurious office spaces
