Job Description

Sr. Manager/ Manager – Compensation & Benefits
The job responsibilities are:
o Gathering benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefits
o Calculating retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
o Reporting on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs
o Forecasting costs by department and help create budgets
o Recommending Benefits and compensation structure basis market benchmarks
o Working on policies relevant to the business and function
o Outlining the Company’s overall compensation policy
o Conducting Salary benchmarking exercise
o Designing an overall reward policy for the organization
o Researching, planning and implementing new reward initiatives and processes
o Monitoring existing rewards to ensure compliance and measure effectiveness
o Working closely with HR Business Partners to understand all organizational changes and suggest customized reward solutions for different functions
o Identifying and implementing best practices of total rewards in various organization

Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA in HR with Minimum 6 Plus years of Experience in Compensation & Benefits with a Leading MNC or Industrial Conglomerate
2. Good communication and presentation skills
3. Ability to meet timelines
4. Ability to grasp things quickly
5. Hands on experience in MS office i.e. MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word.
6. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build consensus across diverse teams and achieve results
7. Ability to communicate with senior management.
8. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
9. Excellent analytical skills
10. Work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role
11. Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
