Job Responsibilities Measure ment Criteria
1. Complete Compliance
Monitor & supervise TML - Legatr ix (Legal compliances mapping system) and ensure compliance to all applicable laws
Ensure that performers from various departments periodically update the system as per the pre scribed requirement
2. Indirect tax
3. Proactive support on standardizing processes: Identify areas of routine documentation and cr eate standard processes and documents for the same.
4. Issue Management
5. Contract and disputes: Engage with various de partments, stakeholders, service providers, etc. to finalize contracts and agreements
6. Tracking changes in law: To be abreast with changes & amendments in law
