Develop, Put in place and implement an effective Anti- Bribery & Anti Corruption Compliance (AB & AC) compliance frame work.
Put in place a comprehensive code of conduct, policies, systems and procedures in relation to gifts, entertainment, travel, hospitality, donations, sponserships and specific guidance on healthcare professionals, dealing with government official, government tenders etc
Identify and analyze business gaps and risks, and accordingly assist the business to address them based on a thorough understanding of the business, the code of conduct, policies and ethics and compliance(E&C) requirements.
Ensure a robust system for due diligence on third parties.
Actively participate and work cross functionally with distribution, sales, marketing, quality, medical and other business teams.
Ensure incorporation of relevant Anti- Bribery & Anti Corruption Compliance (AB & AC) clause in contracts.
Coordinate and assist the relevant finance team with compliance monitoring systems & activities and internal controls.
Develop training modules, assess need for training and deliver training to employees and third parties and maintain records in relation thereto.
Advise the business & the company's affiliates on E&C issues.
Assist business functions/teams in investigations & assessing corrective/disciplinary actions when appropriate.
Conduct Audit and review of third parties and procure periodical certifications.
Generate relevant compliance reports.
Ensure compliance with ethics & compliance guidelines and code of conduct of business partners.
Handle & coordinate compliance audits performed by business partners.
