Takes E2E operational accountability for reliable and safe operation of the applicable Landscapes.
Management and/or oversight of all operational service and support activities (e.g. Service Desk, Incident Management, Problem Management, Situation Management , User Access Management, for the applicable Upstream Production Operations Landscapes even when execution is by other internal or external service providers.
Assure Configuration Management Database integrity (and other applicable trusted data sources) for landscapes
A proven track record in IT service management and experience in Enterprise process.
ITIL service management certification.
Management of services provided by Key Application Suppliers (KAS)
Ability to work with other disciplines in a global environment, and to bridge technical, commercial and general IT skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills and competencies.
Ability to manage relations with peers and senior IT and business managers.
Strong interpersonal skills, which are critical and required to develop the professional respect essential for successful performance
Experience of On-Premise & Cloud Hosting
Awareness of Production Operations business processes and application already in use or being delivered for Operate Supply chain and Manage Assets (i.e. )
