a. Through knowledge and exposure in Human Resource DEVELOPMENT function.
b. Well versed with Talent Management System, Assessment Centre, Formulation and Review of Individual Development Plan (IDP), Succession Planning and Management.
c. Well versed with Training Management from assessment of training need to Training Calendar preparation to its execution upto the level of DGM.
d. Exposed to conceiving, designing and executing Employee Engagement Activities (not just birthday celebration, sports activities, etc.) in a calendarized manner.
e. Exposure to participation in reputed Awards and Accolades at National or International level.
f. Excellent command over written and spoken ENGLISH. Must be able to articulate well.
g. This role involves driving himself the core HRD activities including as mentioned above. He shall be held accountable for HRD function.
