Managing emails and replying to phone calls. Organizing daily calendars. Planning appointment and events with the senior management. Scheduling meetings with clients. Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders. Make travel arrangements, prepare literary & manage meeting arrangements/appointment. Take the minutes of the meetings and follow-up with team members/stakeholders to ensure closure. Handle requests and queries appropriately. Prepare reimbursements and claims and ensure. Work with finance/payroll person to ensure closure. Produce reports, presentations and briefs. Good Excel, MS office suite skills or equivalent is a must. Ability to draft business correspondence independently. Negotiating & following up with vendors. Excellent interpersonal, communications skills.
