Field service for all PWS sites
Review service contract requirement & service scope related document such as service technical agreement.
Travel frequently to provide the effective service at customers site.
Prepare & submit field service report & time sheet for customers approval.
Response to customers calls timely to address technical queries or issues.
Support project team in various areas such as system installation, start-up & commissioning activities.
Communicate with product development department to report any software/hardware defects & help to analyze the problem if required.
Review product notifications & communicate with the customer to provide timely information.
Responsible for executing Services Contracts for Power & Water Solutions.
Over all responsible for all Field Services for various project sites.
Actively engage with the sales team for Solutions like Ever Green Programs/ Advance Solutions etc.
Responsible for Service Revenue & Profitability
Installation & Commissioning in Process Automation Technical Support.
Troubleshooting of DCS / PLC Preventive Maintenance.
Hands on Experience on Commissioning, Maintenance, troubleshooting of PLC & DCS systems will be an added advantage.
Strong Trouble shooting skills for control systems.
Excellent Interpersonal & communications skills (written & verbal).
Capable & willing to work independently & handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
Willing to travel, even at short notice for emergency services.
Direct reporting to the Head IBS & will be responsible for supervising all Field service engineers across India.
To work closely with the Customers/Regions/PWS Operation & Sales Teams.
