Responsible for handling the set of BFSI Accounts. ? Generating Sales & achieving sales targets through the listed accounts. ? Manage designated accounts by mapping the key accounts by people role designations. ? Should be able to understand the customer requirement, map the respective product under cOMPANY'Soffering ? Good understanding of the tendering process and purchase process ? Understanding of Pre-bid requisites for products and partners. ? Successfully specking the COMPANY'S Solution stack and lineup the loyal & eligible partners on time. ? Good understanding of the account dynamics w r t systems integrators and OEM’s ( OEM’s and non OEM’s )and also the consultants.
IT products knowledge in BFSI Infrastructure
Should be able to discuss with senior level position and should be able to develop mind share across designations including General Manager IT. ? Meet 100% of the Quarterly GM numbers from assigned accounts.
Must interact with OEM account managers on a regular basis and build a decent connect for and tighter bonding at account level. ? Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities for OEM relationship management. ? Must be able to deliver value seen by OEM to gain their confidence. ? Must have a good OEM management skills.
