Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible to drive new product launches by planning and executing the integrated marketing campaigns which include:
- Develop/refine Launch strategy including Clear Messaging, Value Proposition, Key Positioning, Segmentation, Campaign launch planning etc
- Tackle Communications as a discipline:
To decipher the target audience, create messaging and determine the right communication channel/mix; ability to articulate gaps and opportunities, Content Development.
- Collateral Development:
Assist development of marketing and training materials for new product launch including presentations, brochures, case studies, Information Note, posters, trade show support materials (exhibit/ banner design) videos, advertisements and specification documents in line with marketing plan(s)
- Sales Enablement:
Development of sales training material, Battle cards/cheat sheet, Dare to Compare presentations, demo kits, podcasts, FAQ sheet for Sales/Media, internal webinars and communications as part of pre-launch. Ensure the availability of all the marketing material and communications to sales and customer marketing teams about the marketing assets availability before product launches.
- Drive awareness and demand generation via digital and traditional marketing platforms:
Promoting the product extensively to the market through advertising and digital marketing. Social media activation & campaign for product launches and major events, drive development and improvements in order to deliver successful communications campaigns. Work with digital marketing team to promote offerings on website, launch email campaigns and host webinars."
