Conducting Telephonic and Face to Face Interviews.
Candidates from consultancy background can also apply.
Prepare daily/ weekly call report and share with reporting manager on regular basis or as when required.
Achieve the objectives within set time lines, able to work in a target oriented environment.
Record details of customer responses and queries.
