To support sourcing contract and sourcing claim management for a Region, Country, Site, Domain or even a Project

To support and animate sourcing contract and sourcing claim management


Specific claim recovery target achievement

Implementation of Sourcing Contractualization Package for Project




Contractualization strategy definition (for non-mature sites in term of contract management)

Make a status of how contractualization process is applied in the site

Define how the contractualization process should be applied and linked action plan (ex: adaptation of templates to specific local law, trainings, ...)

Deploy action plan to bring site to maturity in terms of contractualization

Tender/Project Contractualization

Tender contractualization

For major tender animate the process of definition of specific requirements to be reflected to suppliers (in collaboration with Tender team, Legal Region and Sourcing)

Project contractualization

Animate the process of definition/update of specific requirements to be reflected to suppliers

Communication, explanation and training on contractual package and project specific clauses to ensure it is properly deployed on each site (including PU)

Support the PrSM on contractualization animation (Top 10 / Go Order animation)

Support Legal Counsels to LOI/project specific agreements preparation (on request in relation with the Legal Counsel in charge)

Participation to negotiation (on request in relation with the Legal Counsel in charge)

Project execution follow-up

Support the PrSM and Sourcing population in the management of the Suppliers' contractual obligations (included for warranty period on customer's site)

Claim Recovery

Systematic Claims :
Support and lobbying to register systematic CONQ and savings in ASIP

Specific Claims Management:
Achieve recovery target (RTBS/Secured) defined with Head of Sourcing Contract Manager, Sourcing Region Director and Sourcing Domain Director

Be the ? project manager ? for each specific claim of own scope:

Traceability of Go/No Go decisions for each claim (MoM/Mail Go/No Go for each claim)

Coordinate the construction of the claim file with info/evidence (gathering sourcing, technical, quality, cost, supply chain information)

Participate to the definition of the claim strategy, to the negotiation, to the settlement agreement definition, if needed

Push for the progress of claim

Check/ advise on the content of claim letters to be sent to the supplier

Make sure the Legal representative is asked for support when required

Follow-up the claim portfolio of own scope and ensure its alignment with ASIP data

Communicate on claim portfolio progress (reporting, forecasts) and escalate when support required


Build a network with sourcing and platform community

Build a network with Legal Region

Support site sourcing activity

Organise Q&A sessions or any other communication on site in order to train sourcing community on claim and contractualization

Participate to the definition of ways of working of Legal OP team

Deploy Master your claim training and Legal for Sourcing training as co-trainer

Candidate Requirements

Educational Requirements

Master degree

Desired Knowledge / Experience

Knowledge of contract management

Sourcing experience, Suppliers knowledge

Operational experience (management of large projects)

Basic knowledge of legal

Behavioural Skills / Competencies

Good leadership (transversal, to people not reporting to him/her)
