Job Description

Solution Integrator Solution Integrator is the Lynch Pin for the Bid proposal. He/She will own the following The E2E Solution, E2E Bid response, Cleint Differentiators. He/She will also play a very important role in the Bid defense as well as formulating a winnable price.



Solution integrator is expected to have the following traits:

Passion and ability to work Hands On on a proposal (Writing content, editing existing content, Preparing Presentations and so on)

Solid cross functional and/or cross technical experience Delivery, Solution Design, Presales

Business orientation

Good social and communication skills

Technology agnostic Consulting mindset

Ability to question the different aspects of the solution and be able to take informed decision

The responsibilities of a solution Integrator are:
Proactive Solution Phase Provide solution inputs for preparing a business case

Bid Qualification
Participate in Bid Qualification Calls Capture customers drivers for the proposal, assess competition and aid in determining target pricing
Request for bid qualification at intermediate milestones, as needed
Solution Definition
Conduct solution brainstorming /white-boarding sessions
Should Interact with Sales team to get the pulse of the customer on their preferences/choices of solution components
Identify solution stakeholders and define solution scope for each
Define solution storyboard, key tenets of solution, differentiators, executive summary outline
Publish the High level Solution Straw-man identifying the major components of the solution This will be drilled down by the technology, horizontal and vertical competency solution architects in their specific areas
Publish Dos and Donts for solution development to each stakeholder
Solution Development
Identify appropriate case studies and references, as needed (Bid Manager/eKM to help where appropriate)
Define review milestones and identify reviewers to be incorporated in bid plan
Identify product/technology partners, as needed
Should continuously interact with the individual solution component SPOC to review and guide the component solution so that it is in line with the overall solution
Analyse the impact of any scope change / query resolutions from customer on the overall solution, timelines, efforts, SLAs
Baseline the proposal ready for submission
Integrate solution components to create proposal response
Own the E2E sizing. Should be able to optimise the sizing based on inputs from individual technology / component owners
