- He/She would engage the client and participate in process flow analysis and design.

- He/She will provide technical specifications for custom development and systems integration requirements. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a proven track record in cloud technologies.

- The candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities.

- Advanced experience with Force.com platform developing custom modules or applications

- Application integration expertise having provided solutions for integration between Force.com and external applications (SAP, Oracle, web applications, etc.)

- Experience with EAI & ETL tools

- Should have hands-on expertise in some of the following technologies: Force.com, Integration/EAI technologies, OOP programming languages, & Databases

- Demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to deliver solutions on the Force.com platform that comply with the best practices.

- Knowledgeable in various architectural concepts like web based, client server, etc.

- Experience with other CRM software like Siebel, Clarify, SAP CRM, etc.

- Familiar with Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices
