Job Description - Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery - Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. - Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. - Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop- based business applications built on Microsoft technologies. - Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans. - Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software. - Strong conceptualization, analytical, logic and problem solving skill - Work closely with a team as well as interfacing with various external Client and Business Groups. - Knowledge of HTML 5, CSS3, Angular 2/ 4 - Strong JavaScript, Ajax 4. 0, JQuery skills, Boot Strap - Working experience with SQL Server or other advanced level databases (MS SQL 2012/ 2014, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) - Strong T- SQL skills with experience developing complex queries and stored procedures in MS SQL Server, Performance tuning. - Working experience with Microsoft . Net MVC 4. 0/ 5. 0, Entity Framework, Linq is an added advantage - Help analyze, design, code, test, debug and provide enhancements to existing software. - Working knowledge of VISUAL STUDIO 2012/ 2013/ 2015, with C#). - Must possess strong understanding on OOPS concepts, coding in C# and Web services PREFERRED SKILLS: - Communication: Good verbal and written communication is a must. - Teamwork Skills: Must be willing to manage a team & work with them. - Strategy Building: Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal - Operational: Manage the flow of day- to- day operations - Reporting & Dashboards: Create reports to update the company on the team's progress & distribute reports to appropriate personnel - Resource Management: Optimum.
