Detailed Job Description: Mandate Skill Set: * EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS * Implementation and Migration experience. * Hands on experience with more than 4+ years with Cisco Voice products CUCM, CUC, IM&P, Voice Gateways. *Hands on experience creating Route Patterns, translation Patterns, DSP resources, CSS, Partitions etc and their usage. Good to Have Skill: * Configuring Cisco IP Phones, Jabber, Business Video devices, UCCX and Unified Clients * Real-time experience on trouble shooting Voice Gateways Issues and configurations. * Unified Communication and Collaboration solution and Dial- Plan design/implementation experience * Cisco Call Manager/CUCM L2 support * Knowledge of bulk provisioning using BAT/Excel, Monitoring & Reporting Tool.
