Significant: Experience in Service Notification, Service Order Processing, Service Order Settlement, Maintenance Plan and Task lists
Significant: Experience in Completion Confirmation
Significant: Experience in Integration with SD Module for Service Quotation and Billing

Preferably having strong ABAP debugging skills with proven usage in production support environment
