Good knowledge on Consumer Goods Planning processes, analytical skills and how processes fits in JDA application.
Works with project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements.
Assists Project Managers in planning efforts.
Works as a functional liaison between Project Team and key customer Solution/Business Team.
Participates in business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications for the JDA Sales and Operations Module.
Develops or guides team in the development of functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet thecustomers' business objectives and are of sound design.
Configure the JDA Sales and Operations Module to meet the customer requirements.
Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology.
Understands how JDA solutions can be configured to better facilitate client business processes.
Ability to create and deliver documents and presentations to customers.
