1. 3-5 Years experience in SAP Success Factors
2. Good knowledge of HCM Concepts and HCMS Functional domain knowledge
3. Resources must have 1+ yrs of implementation experience in SuccessFactors
4. Must have participated in transition of the functional design/ Requirements
5. Must have Assisted in defining and reviewing the functional requirements for the application, including security, integration, performance, and quality requirements Good to Have
6. Core HR Experience
7. SuccessFactor Certification is added advantage.
