Good Knowledge of Guardium architecture and concepts
Rollout Guardium v9/v10 across different types of databases
Apply / Upgrade the patches/fixes on the appliance which were released by Vendor.
Installation and configuration of STAP agent on UNIX/Linux and WINDOWS as well as on appliances
Set up necessary Change requests and follow up with application and other stakehodlers
Troubleshooting and fixing incidents
Server monitoring including health checks at server level Performance and Tuning to solve slowness issues / reporting Issues
Keeping the systems up and running clean
Assist the ISR/IT Security / Log Review community with the resolution of miscellaneous queries and problems
Timely escalation of issues to Team Lead or appropriate channel
Good working knowledge on Unix like O/S and understanding of the O/S configurations and disk architecture.
Knowledge on Change management process (like ITIL)
Able to engage at all levels with application development and support teams to deliver high quality services which meet business requirements of performance and availability
The job role involves working in a rotating shift pattern 24x7 . Support is required on weekends/Holidays from office on business needs, working hours all 3 shifts (including night shift on rotation basis)
