Work will involve design, maintenance and development support for an existing ClickSoftware implementation, the suite of products implemented includes: ClickSoftware Service Optimization 8.x, ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, Click Analyze
Candidate needs to be experienced with advanced C# concepts
Experience with SQL Server/Oracle
C# development experience(.net framework 3.5 or 4.0)
Experience with Tortoise(SVN) as a code repository
Work with the Solutions Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution.
Involves application configuration and development.
Provide technical support to the customer during the implementation phase.
Assist with the installation of ClickSoftware products
Assist customer with fine tuning the application functionality and service optimization algorithms to meet customer's business objectives.
Assist customer or third party integrator to develop interfaces to our products APIs.
Provide onsite support to customer during the testing and go live phases to ensure a successful deployment.
Provide technical assistance and supervision to other project team members.
Design the scheduling application functionally, workflow, business rules, and algorithms based on ClickSchedule framework.
Lead and supervise a team of technical consultants in an implementation effort.
Be the main contact point for the team members and the customer.
