Hands on person from a C#/.Net/Windows based systems background
Strong experience of leading & managing Application Production Support teams
Should have strong experience of working directly with clients, with excellent communication skills
Candidates with some prior UNIX /scripting knowledge will be preferred
Experience of handling SLAs, and generating weekly/monthly reports for client & senior management
Candidate should understand support processes, ITIL knowledge would be preferred.
Experience in handling DevOps teams would be preferred; project management experience for Dev teams would be good to have.
Candidate should be able to understand and execute Operational run books, understand and debug exceptions and update run books with his team
He should be ready to work on night shift to support business operations (US Pacific Time zone) as required by the project.
Should be comfortable in analysis of Log files to identify and fix errors is expected.
