Maintaining Data and MIS as per training BPMS / requirement
Supports intra & inter function collaboration

Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the training function through Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Attends TTT for any client requirements
Interfaces with customers when needed
Conducts Need analysis and shares feedback with stakeholders
Meeting the monthly Conversion & Effectiveness targets
Providing Feedback to New Hires on Soft Skills and basic grammar
Call monitoring as per requirement in Hindi
