Job Description

Siebel EAI Administrator - EAI (4-7 yrs) Desired Skills: - Siebel EAI Admin - B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant). - 4.5 - 6.5 years of total experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, co-ordination skills. - Hands-On extensive experience on Siebel 7.X or 8.X administration, Siebel EAI integrations (Webservices, VBC, JMS, MQ) - Must have extensive experience and knowledge with performance tuning of Siebel implementations - Must have extensive experience with installing, configuring and administering Siebel applications - Preferable to have knowledge with CTI integrations using third party adapters - Ability to work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work & coordination. - Willing to work in shifts. Job Responsibilities: - Interpret / analyze business requirements & functional specifications independently. - Participate in meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings. Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes. - Participate in application process and performance improvement initiatives. - Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor. - Application monitoring for all the batch jobs on daily/weekly/monthly basis. - Adherence to the defined SSMO delivery process/guidelines (SLA Compliance etc). - Adherence to all SSMO processes like Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Release Entry Framework. - Build a healthy relationship with project stakeholders/business partners. - Independent communication with business partners to resolve issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines - Go-getter attitude and exhibit flexible approach at all times. - Provides support to the application maintenance team on infrastructure designs and technical specifications to ensure alignment with Optum standards and business objectives. - Consults with Optum Solution Engineers on architecturally significant projects and enhancements to deliver well structured, high performance automation solution designs or business capabilities that maximize technical investments and minimize operational risk. - Consults with Optum Solution Engineers on unique application requirements to help reconcile conflict with infrastructure standards. (or obtain exceptions) - Advises senior IT management on infrastructure opportunities improve existing model(s) for performance, cost or functional business improvements.
