Job Description :
1. Candidates having more than 8 years of experience in requirement analysis, design, development/customization and implementation of complex technology solutions in Telecom Domain in Siebel CRM.
2. Candidates should have experience in the implementation of business transformation and system replacement projects for large scale industry requirements especially in the business domain BSS.
3. Candidate must have implementation experience in order management, product management, customer management modules of #Siebel 8.1.
4. Candidate should have working experience of handoff points and interfaces from #CRM to southbound systems and northbound systems o Northbound IVR, Self care, Web Portal, POS systems etc o Southbound Business process workflow engine (Integration layer - IBM Websphere), Billing systems, Provisioning systems
5. Candidate must have worked on at least 2 Siebel projects full life cycle implementation involving #Siebel CRM, Middleware, etc
6. Candidate should have good knowledge and good understanding of #Siebel Data Model, Architecture, Administration, etc
7. He/she must have thorough knowledge and experience in #Siebel Configuration, #Siebel Scripting, Siebel Workflow, #Siebel EAI, #Siebel Business Services, Web Services, ABO, etc
8. He/she must have worked in various protocols like HTTP, JMS, etc
9. Candidate must have worked in concepts like Integration Objects, Data Map, VBC, EBC, ASI, Web Services
Desirable skills :
1. Candidates having #Siebel Certification is a big advantage.
2. Exposure to eTOMs SID is desirable
3. Excellent problem solving skills, presentation and troubleshooting skills
4. Customer Focus - Constantly explores to conceptualize and understand customer needs and proactively delivers the best solution.
5. Must be very good in written and verbal communication
6. Must be willing to travel domestic/onsite
1. Candidate must understand customer business requirements and convert into design documents
2. He/she must provide design approach and prepare HLD,LLD to customize #Siebel based on the requirement
3. Candidate will research and evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution for the systems/program design and develops system specification
4. He/she should have the ability to handle customer discussions effectively from customer site and interact with multiple stakeholders
5. He/she should show flexibility and good attitude towards taking up challenging task and delivering it
6. He/she should have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
7. He/she should take ownerships and have the ability to drive new initiatives
8. Must have good attitude and work as a team
